Preservation Box Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are entered into by and between You and Tailored In White LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Seller”).  By purchasing the Preservation Box, You agree to these terms and conditions.

Limited Warranty

Seller warrants that for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase of the bridal preservation box (the “Preservation Box”), the Preservation Box will be free from material defects in material and workmanship and materially conform to Seller’s Specifications as of the date of shipment.

Seller’s Specifications

The Preservation Box has been tested and verified to be made of acrylic resin, be PH-neutral, and have an excellent UV barrier (“Seller’s Specifications”).   The Preservation Box is made of materials recommended by industry professionals.  Seller has done its due diligence in research and professional testing.

Disclaimer

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRESERVATION BOX, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  THE PRESERVATION BOX HAS NOT ENDURED LONG-TERM TESTING TO DETERMINE HOW IT PRESERVES A DRESS OVER TIME.

Handling Instructions

The Preservation Box must be handled with care so as not to disturb the preserved dress.  Seller is not responsible for re-preservation fees due to the dress falling off the hanger or rod.

Storage Instructions

You agree to follow all handling and storage instructions provided by Seller.  The Preservation Box should not be taken out of its protective packaging until You are ready to use it.  The Preservation Box should never be stored in direct sunlight.  Do not open the Preservation Box once preserved.

Shipping and Handling

Seller is not responsible for anything that may happened during the shipping and handling of the Preservation Box.  You may choose to add shipping insurance or require signature upon delivery.

Replacing Your Preservation Box

For best results, Seller recommends that You replace the Preservation Box every 5 years
